2024 Junior Team Roles

Coaches

• U/9 Seniors
• U/9 Reserves
• U/11 Seniors
• U/11 Reserves
• U/13 Seniors
• U/13 Reserves

Team Managers

(1 for each team - Seniors and Reserves, U/9, U/11, U/13, U/15 & U/17)

• Work with coaches on game day. 
• Game Day paperwork/ work with opposition team manager
• make sure player names and numbers are correct on league paperwork.
• roster families for game day jobs such as goal umpire, timekeeper and bench steward and hand out and collect vote cards each week.

Grade Co-ordinator

(1 for each age group, U/9, U/11, U/13, U/15 & U/17))

• Set up and pack up ground with helpers each morning (home games only, U/9 & U/11 only)
• Liaise with Shay as Junior Director re training nights etc
• enter teams each week on Thursday night (with help from Shay)
• enter scores and best players into Play HQ following games
• organise team dinners/get togethers in consultation with coaches.

Canteen Co-ordinator/s

(preferably 2-3, opening shift and afternoon shift)

• roster parents for canteen roster for home games throughout the season.
• supervise canteen sales on home games
• Morning shift - open canteen (under 11 or 13 parent)
• Afternoon shift - clean at close with volunteers (under 15 or 17 parent)

All these roles will be fully supported by Shay and Selena throughout the day.
